Quattro TOS (Tagalog Online Stories) is an online reading platform that caters to Filipino writers and readers. It is affiliated to Quattro Club Journals that was built in April 2017. Both small companies are under its legal name, Quattro Stagione Hosting and Application Services with a business no. 2832923. The founder and the key members are composed of family and friends, headed by Cresenciano dela Cruz, as its President. Quattro TOS was built on December 14, 2021 by the people behind Quattro Club and inclined to help the Filipino writers expose their writing talents via an online reading platform. Moreover, they want to help the readers to protect and be informed of their rights, and to avoid fraudulent and abusive acts.

Mission

Quattro TOS’s mission is to showcase the talents of Filipino writers in the mainstream, and that is through an online platform. Anyone who has a talent for writing in different genres and is willing to conform to the rules and regulations of the company is welcome to submit their original stories. And for the readers, we want them to be informed and entertained without spending too much. Anyone who is at the right age can be a member by signing up and get the perks and privileges of being a member.

We also want to develop a holistic community of readers, authors, artists, and publishing groups geared towards the advancement and appreciation of literature in the Philippines.

Vision

Our vision is to establish a strong online reading platform that helps both the writers and the readers in their respective motivations and plans. Moreover, to serve as a medium for the enhancement of skills and talents to support, motivate, and unite readers, authors, artists, and publishing companies.
